Houston Laundromat & Payment Update

To our valued Houston Scrubbers,

We are implementing two important updates to your day-to-day workflow at NoScrubs. Please read carefully, as these changes affect where you can wash and how you will pay for your loads.

Updated Laundromat List

The list of approved laundromats has changed. Please refer to this map for the complete, updated list: https://www.google.com/maps/d/u/0/edit?mid=1W_2V2Tx1kFiSlB9xYPhAadzRSEqn97c&usp=sharing

The NoScrubs app will display these twelve approved locations.

If you choose to wash at a laundromat not on this list, you must use your own funds and submit for reimbursement.

Payment Method Changes

As of December 1st, 2025, your PEX card will no longer work. Going forward, you will pay for wash and dry cycles using one of the following:

Option A: Laundromat App

Examples include: Huebsch, LaundryPay, DexterPay

● These apps will be preloaded with funds by NoScrubs staff.

● If you notice the app does not have enough funds to start your load, please contact Support immediately.

Option B: On-Site PEX Card

A PEX card will be available inside the supply cabinet at these locations:

● The Texas Laundry

● Breeze Laundry (Richmond & Westheimer)

● Fresh Wash and Fold

If your favorite laundromat didn't make the list, don't worry! We're working hard behind the scenes to make this list of laundromats even bigger. You might see your favorite spot make a comeback soon!
